RITE: a midwinter sacrament

You four are participating in four sacraments during the bleak midwinter. Each sacrament, every human takes on a different role, collectively and purposefully fabricating the proper elements and words for the midwinter sacrament.

In RITE, two-four friends collaboratively create four midwinter sacraments to perform. Whether it's a healing spell for our damaged world or a blessing for the elderly in town, four humans will create and tell the outcomes of four sacraments.

Each player plays a different role: Ritualist, Initiate, Thinker, or Evoker. Are you playing with fewer than four players? Assign extra roles to other players.

1. The Evoker uses a list of elements to create what makes up the sacrament. Then, they pass those desires to the Thinker.
2. The Thinker uses the four elements to create questions that get to the heart of what the sacrament is about. Then, they pass those questions to the Initiate.
3. The Initiate uses those questions to create two possible sacraments for the group to perform. Then, they pass those options to the Ritualist.
4. The Ritualist chooses which sacrament the group will perform, asking for details and additional input from the rest of the group.

Afterwards, players change roles and then create another sacrament to perform until players have created four midwinter sacraments.
