The Wait: an RPG about waiting for the inevitable

The Wait is a 3-8 player card-driven experience involving players collectively creating the life of someone who is passing away. Together, they will tell stories, remember past events, and come up with who this person was that brought them together. When facts about the patient are determined, they will be written on the Record and cannot be changed. But how do players create the patient's life? Through cards.

Each player will draw a card that gives three prompts. The player will choose one of the prompts and then answer it as if they were telling a story about the patient (or themselves), filling up those awkward moments in the hospital where conversation swings wildly from topic to topic.

Players need about 20 tokens and a deck of cards.
